Tool Box Talks

24 Nov

Every employee should participate in a Tool Box Talk every week, regardless of job size.  Many jobs require a daily huddle, but we still need a documented TBT every week.  If you miss a TBT, let your foreman know.  OSHA loves to crack down on missing paperwork, and TBT are considered documentation of training.  If you are in charge of the job, get your TBT in to the driver every week so we don’t have to hound you.  If you are not in charge of the job, make sure you participate in the TBT so you can keep everyone around you, as well as yourself, safe.
